RETURNS

1. Return Eligibility

 • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

 • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

 • Product must have original tags and packaging

 

2. Return Charges

 • A ₹99 return fee will be deducted from your refund amount

 • This covers pickup and logistics charges

 

3. Refund Process

 • Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed

 • Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

 

4. Exchange Policy

 • Size exchange is available (subject to stock availability)

 • ₹99 charges will apply for reverse pickup

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 • Used or damaged products
