RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – SNYX

 

 

At SNYX (www.snyx.in), we maintain strict quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

 

1. No Return Policy

 • We do not accept returns or refunds once the product is delivered

 • All sales are final

 

 

2. Exchange Policy (3 Days Only)

 • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery

 • Applicable only for:

 • Size issues

 • Wrong product received

 

 

3. Exchange Conditions

 • Product must be:

 • Unused and unwashed

 • In original condition with tags & packaging

 • Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

 

 

4. Exchange Charges

 • A ₹99 exchange fee will be applicable (for pickup & re-shipping)

 

 

5. Damaged / Defective Product

 • If you receive a damaged or defective item:

 • Report within 48 hours of delivery

 • Share unboxing video/photo proof

 • We will provide free exchange (no charges)

 

 

6. Exchange Process

 • Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged

 • After inspection, replacement product will be shipped

 

 

7. Non-Eligible Cases

 

We do not accept exchange if:

 • Request is raised after 3 days

 • Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer

 • Tags are missing

 

 

8. How to Request Exchange

 • Reason for exchange

 • Product images

 

 

9. Important Note

 • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order

 • Exchange is subject to stock availability
